How to register for an event:

  1. View list of events listed on the home page.
  2. Click on "Register" button on the event you want to register.
  3. Fill the registration form.
    • We use your email address to uniquely identify your registration so one email address cannot be used to register for the same event more than once.
    • Field labels that are shown in bold (First Name, Last Name, Nationality, Country and Email) are required fields. You must fill these fields before you submit the form.
    • Provide as much information as you can.
    • Photo requirements: The size should be less than 2Mb, width and height should be between 100px and 600px. i.e.
      • Maximum Size = 2Mb
      • Minimum Width = 100px
      • Minimum Height = 100px
      • Maximum Width = 600px
      • Maximum height = 600px

      If the photo you have is invalid, you can use the "Edit Photo" button to edit your photo. This feature is only supported in modern browsers ( Chrome , Firefox , Internet Explorer 10+ , or other) so you should upgrade your browser if you cannot see the "Edit Photo" button.

      When you click this button it will pop-up Image editor window. You can select part of the image you want to submit by moving (dragging by your mouse) the blue rectangle or the image. You can also zoom if it is necessary. We encourage you to use this feature because the image you provide will be the exact size needed by the system.

    Photographs must be :
    • Taken within the last 6 months to reflect applicant's current appearance
    • Taken in front of a plain white background (no shadows may be visible)
    • Taken in full- face view directly facing the camera
    Subjects must not:
    • Wear hats and other head coverings, unless worn daily for religious purposes (the full face must be visible and no shadows may be cast on the face)
    • Wear headphones wireless hands-free devices or similar items
    • Wear glasses with tinted lenses, if clear colour prescription glasses are worn, glare is not acceptable (glare can be avoided by slightly tilting the glasses downward or removing the glasses)
    Photographs will be rejected if they:
    • Do not meet above requirements
    • are colour copies
    • are digitally scanned from another document
    • are snap shots, low quality vending machine or mobile phone photos, full-body photographs.
  4. Passport details should only be filled by those in need of assistance for issueance of entry visa .
  5. Captcha Provide the text that will be shown as an image at the bottom of the form.
  6. Submit the form using the "Register" button at the end of the form. The system will redirect you to the confirmation page.
  7. If you want to provide additional information or update your registration information after you submit the form, send an email to ccc@uneca.com. We understand that flight and booking information may not be available at the time of registration.
